You can have a Masters in Communication and still not communicate effectivly.  I think this guy had a couple shots of Esspresso before his speech. At least watch the first 2 mins. I don’t believe you need to be loud to be heard.

Leaders/Managers/Pastors… do you ever feel like you’re lost for words, “off” in your messages?
