'INVESTING IN PEOPLE...ONLY PEOPLE LAST FOREVER! As important as ministry buildings and equipment are, our purpose and focus must always place people first. Our goal is to 'depopulate hell and populate heaven'. For this reason, every aspect of our ministry is designed to help ministers meet the needs of people. With the increased presure on today's pastor to address the diverse needs of people, their energy and time is often consumed keeping up with the day-to-day demands of ministry. I know...I've been there as a pastor! The majority of our 400,000 churches in America are struggling just to maintain let alone experience healthy church growth. A lack of money is another major factor that holds a ministry hostage from launching new ministries...adding additional staff...and expanding their church facilities. The good news is Pastors no longer have to accept ministry stagnation; little to no church growth; lack of money to fund the vision; too few workers and missed ministry opportunities. After 33 years of working with large para-church organizations and churches of all sizes and denominations, I've observed a lack of three common factors that resulted in little or no growth...they lacked clearly defined plans for . . . - Ministry Development
- Stewardship Development
- Media Development
As a result, we've developed one of the most comprehensive and creative ministry strategyies available for churches and ministries. The results will help your ministry increase in three major areas: INCREASE IS THE KEY...more people equipped and involved in minstry...more people giving... more people coming to Christ...more people debt free...more finances to fund your vision... |

Welcome to Ministry Elements |

The Ministry or Church is a very complex network of people and activities that join together for one common goal, to be Christ like. After years of exerience working for churches, para church ministries and the corporate world, I believe that we can accomplish anything by using three key words. 1. Explore. Explore what you want to accomplish and identify the tools needed. 2. Engage. Motivate and lead the team to put all of the pieces together. 3. Execute. Get it done. Don’t keep exploring with new committies or other ideas, you have already done that.
Be effiecent with the team and ministry volunteers time and efforts, you now have all the pieces. Execute the plan, just do it. |
