As important as ministry buildings and equipment are, our purpose and focus must always place people first. Our goal is to 'depopulate hell and populate heaven'. For this reason, every aspect of our ministry is designed to help ministers meet the needs of people.

I know...I've been there as a pastor! The majority of our 400,000 churches in America are struggling just to maintain let alone experience healthy church growth. The Ministry or Church is a very complex network of people and activities that join together for one common goal, to be Christ like. After years of exerience working for churches, para church ministries and the corporate world, I believe that we can accomplish anything by using three key words.
1. Explore. Explore what you want to accomplish and identify the tools needed.
2. Engage. Motivate and lead the team to put all of the pieces together.
3. Execute. Get it done. Don’t keep exploring with new committies or other ideas, you have already done that.
Be effiecent with the team and ministry volunteers time and efforts, you now have all the pieces. Execute the plan, just do it. |
